La voie du dépôt reprend forme - Main track back in shape

La voie principale le long du dépôt a été reprise cet hiver mais son remontage a été différé par d'autres chantiers. Une étape a été franchie avec la pose du nouveau ballast.
   The main track along the depot has been improved this winter but its reassembly has been delayed by other priorities. A step has been made with the laying of new ballast.


Tout commence évidemment par la livraison de la matière première...
   Of course it all begins with raw material delivery...

 ...qu'il faut ensuite charger dans les trémies ballastières qui vont déverser leur contenu de part et d'autre des rails.
   ...which has to be loaded into special hopper wagons to pour it both sides of the rails.

Le ballast est alors réparti manuellement.
   The ballast is then distributed manually.

Puis la voie est réglée provisoirement.
   And the track is temporarily set.

Avant un second déversement de ballast préalable au bourrage. Celui-ci est prévu pour un autre chantier, avec l'équipement qui va bien...
   Prior to a second pour of ballast, before it is packed. This packing will be the object of an other work session, with the right equipment...
