Chantier sous la pluie - Working in the rain

Les chantiers à Rillé sont très divers et ne concernent pas que le domaine ferroviaire direct. Il y a quelques à-côtés à traiter, et parfois le temps s'en mêle...
   Works at Rillé are various and do not concern only the railway. Some other aspects are to be dealt with, and sometimes the weather gets in...

En ce début décembre, la journée a commencé par une tranchée pour raccorder les gouttières de la rotonde au fossé de l'autre côté du chemin.
   In this early december, the day started with a trench to connect the round house gutters to the ditch on the opposite side of the road.

 Journée qui s'est poursuivie sous la pluie par une opération de renforcement de la berge de la "LGV" après qu'une entreprise y ait enfoui une canalisation d'assainissement. Plusieurs wagonnets de matériaux ont été déversés pour stabiliser la chemin entre la voie et l'eau.
   The day continued under the rain with an operation to reinforce the embankment along our "speedway" after a company buried a sewage pipe there. Several wagons of materials were tipped out to stabilize the path between the track and the water.

 La pluie est toujours gênante lors des chantiers, mais comme pour se faire pardonner, nous offre parfois un spectacle sympathique en échange.
   Rain is always a hindrance during work, but as if asking for pardon, sometimes offers us a nice view in exchange.
