Wagon récupéré - Salvaged wagon

Un nouveau wagon de récupération a rejoint le parc de matériel historique de Rillé.
   A new salvaged wagon joined the park of historical stock of Rillé.

Tout est parti d'une annonce en ligne pour des rails à récupérer chez un agriculteur de la région. Sur place, l'attention se porte sur un cabanon qui se révèle être la caisse d'un ancien wagon des Chemins de Fer Départementaux.
   It all started with an online ad for rails to reclaim at a nearby farming location. There, the attention focuses on a shed that appears to be the frame of a former wagon of the long disappeared local railways. 

Un accord est vite trouvé et le wagon est emmené à Rillé où il rejoint d'autres wagon en attente d'une restauration. Là encore, il s'agit d'une caisse seule, sans essieux ni bogies, le travail est donc considérable.
   A deal is rapidly set and the wagon is brought to Rillé where it joins other wagons waiting for restoration. Here again, there is only the frame, no axles nor boggies, work to do will be significant.

On ne sait rien à propos de ce wagon qui ne porte aucun marquage permettant de l'identifier. Il semble très proche de notre DBF38 qui faisait partie du CFD d'Indre et Loire sud. Comme c'est là que ce nouveau wagon a été trouvé, il est raisonnable de penser que sa provenance soit locale...
   We do not know anything about this wagon, it has no marking for identification. It seems very close to our DBF38 that was part of the South Indre et Loire railway. As it is where this wagon was found, it is reasonable to think it was a local one...

En l'état actuel des choses, la restauration est encore très loin mais la récupération de ce wagon reste un premier pas dans sa préservation. Il est maintenant sauvé des chalumeaux car revenu dans le monde ferroviaire, et en particulier dans le milieu associatif, qui cherche à conserver le matériel plutôt qu'à le ferrailler. Maintenant il faut trouver des informations, des fournitures, des volontaires et du temps !
   As a matter of fact, restoration is really far away but recovery of this wagon is a first step into its preservation. It is now saved from the flamecutters as it is back in the railway world, and particularly in a society trying to keep materials instead of scrapping them. Now we must find informations, supplies, volunteers and time !
