Bonjour,

Hi,

Le chantier d'hier a consisté à fendre une partie du bois stocké le long du tiroir.

   Yesterday activity was to split part of the wood stored along the depot track.

Résultat: 6 stères chargés sur le Péchot devenus 10 stères une fois fendus et rangés.
   As a result: 6 steres loaded on the Péchot wagon became 10 steres once split and stored.

Merci à Bernard, Joël, et mon cousin Rudy.

A Rillé il n'y a plus de pollen! Il y avait hier beaucoup d'abeilles bosseuses. A midi nous étions 15 à table. On a failli pousser les murs. Espérons que l'on sera aussi nombreux lundi prochain.
   There is no more pollen at Rillé! Yesterday, there were a lot of working bees. For lunch, we were 15 around the table. Let's hope we will be so numerous next monday.



- Au dépôt il y avait Jean H, Patrick D et Jean-François F qui travaillaient sur la loco.
   - At the depot, Jean H, Patrick D and Jean-François F were working on the loco.

- Eric B sur la plaque tournante. Il est prévu au prochain évènement, peut être fête du lac d'y faire un manège provisoire ;-). Eric a installé, entre autres, des pédales pour faire tourner la plaque en avant ou en arrière .
   - Eric B on the turntable. It is planned, for an event to come, maybe the lake fair, to make it a carousel ;-). Eric installed, among other things, pedals to control the turtable clockwise or reverse.

De la terre a été récupérée à hauteur du camping pour former le quai de Pincemaille. Au tracto-pelle un maître en la matière: Jacky, et pour la course en tracteur attelé d'une remorque de 4 tonnes, Joël. Il a jalonné son parcours de magnifiques ornières... rectifiées en fin de chantier par Jacky, pour le bien de tous.
   Some soil has been reclaimed along the camping to fill the Pincemaille platform. At the backhoe controls, a master: Jacky, and for the tractor race with 4 tons trailer: Joël. He let a trail of flangeways, corrected by Jacky after the works for the sake of everybody.

A la gare, Bruno G et Jean C ont déposé l'ancienne barrière, creusé les trous pour sceller des cornières en ferraille (découvrant au passage une traverse). Ces cornières serviront par la suite à fixer des poteaux bois qui tiendront les barrières. Tout sera uniforme.
   At the station, Bruno G et Jean C removed the former barrier and dug holes to fix steel angle bars (finding an old tie in the process). The angle bars will hold the poles of the new barrier. Everything will be uniform.

Romain et Jean D ont abattu des arbres qui penchaient vers la voie à hauteur du port, et Bernard B et moi même avons chargé le train de ce bois récupéré. L'après midi avait commencé sous de belles averses. A croire que là-haut ils nous trouvaient sans doute poussiéreux et sales...
   Romain and Jean D cut some trees leaning towards the track along the port. Bernard B and me loaded the wood on the train. The afternoon began under the rain, to believe that someone up there probably found us to be dusty...

Jeudi, une petite équipe est entrée en action pour commencer la mise en place du quai de Pincemaille.
   On thursday, a small team went into action to begin installation of the new platform at Pincemaille.

Comme toujours, la première opération est de nettoyer le terrain pour obtenir une base uniforme. Une fois décapé, le sol est recouvert d'une couche de sable.
   As always, the first step is to clean the ground to get a regular base. Once scraped off, the soil is covered with a sand layer.

Les éléments préfabriqués en béton ont été transportés par convoi agricole, à proximité immédiate du chantier.
   Prefabricated concrete elements have been carried by a farming tractor at immediate proximity of the work place.

Le tracto-pelle a également servi à la manutention des blocs et leur mise en place en a été grandement facilitée.
   The back-hoe also served to handle the blocks and their installation was thus greatly facilitated.

L'installation n'est pas terminée, le reste suivra rapidement, mais l'effet est déjà spectaculaire !
   Installation is not finished yet, the remaining will follow soon, but the effect is already spectacular !

Pourquoi un quai à cet endroit ?
Si vous regardez attentivement les images, vous verrez en arrière-plan un autre engin de chantier, rouge. Il sert à la construction d'un parc d'accro-branche, une activité indépendante, destinée à enrichir l'offre de loisirs autour du lac. Le quai permet d'envisager une desserte de ce parc pour les visiteurs ayant pris le train à la gare en laissant leur véhicule au parking principal. C'est un projet d'avenir et notre contribution au développement de l'offre touristique de Rillé. En attendant, une première phase d'expérimentation consistera à permettre aux passagers du train de descendre pour faire des photos pendant la manœuvre de la locomotive. Ensuite, ils pourront remonter dans leur train et continuer leur voyage.

   Why a platform there ?
If you look closely at the images, you will see in the background an other engine, in red. It is used for building an acrobranch park, an independant activity aimed at widening the leisure offer around the lake. The platform allows to envisage a service to this park for passengers which boarded at the station and left their vehicle at the main parking. It is a project towards the future and our contribution to the development of the tourism offer of Rillé. Before that, an experimental phase will be to offer the passengers to leave the train to take photos during the loco shunting. Then they could board again their train and resume their trip.

Mardi matin, commencé sous la pluie mais toujours dans une joyeuse ambiance qui compensait un peu. Heureusement, l'après midi a été un peu + ensoleillée.
   Tuesday morning, begun in the rain but still in a happy atmosphere compensating a bit. Fortunately the afternoon was quite more sunny.

 
Ci-dessous, lors de la pose de la première dalle découpée pour passer au pied support de toit.
   Here under, during laying down the first tile cut to fit the pole supporting the roof.

De l'ajustage ! En tout cas le résultat est à la hauteur de nos espérances. Nous pensons que non seulement, cela fait plus agréable à l’œil et finit la gare, mais mieux pour nos clients et plus pratique pour nous.
   What an adjustment ! And the result is what we expected. We think that not only it is good looking to the eye and completes the station, but it is also better for our customers and more practical for us.

Voilà le dallage maintenant terminé.
Nos pros ont mis le dallage juste à la hauteur du bois de la plateforme d'entrée de la gare.
Merci à Bruno G, Jean C et Bernard B qui ont œuvré à ce projet.
   So, the paving is now complete.
Our pros set it at the level of the wooden platform of the door. Thanks to Bruno G, Jean C and Bernard B for working on this project.

Mais n'oublions pas que pendant ce temps, Sébastien J et Jean H travaillaient sur le "Billard".
Une autre équipe, Jean D, Jean-François F et Patrick D, bossaient sur les locos les mettant en chauffe pour faire les essais. Bref, un vrai essaim d'abeilles...

   But let's not forget that meanwhile, Sébastien J and Jean H were working on the "Billard". An other team, Jean D, Jean-François F and Patrick D, worked on the locos, heating them for testing. In short, a real swarm of bees...

Bonjour à tous, 

Ce mardi il y a  eu plusieurs personnes au dépôt de Rillé.
Jean D, Patrick De et Jean-François ont travaillé sur Polska et la Touraine, nettoyage, démontage cendriers...remise en eau...Sébastien était à l'atelier et faisait moult soudures pour des pièces du Billard.
Bruno G, Jean C, Francis V et moi même avons continué le chantier pose des dalles à la gare.
   This tuesday, there were several peoples at the Rillé depot.
Jean D, Patrick D and Jean-François worked on Polska and la Touraine, cleaning, disassembling ashtrays, filling with water...
Sébastien was in the workshop doing some welding on parts for the Billard. Bruno G, Jean C, Francis V and me continued laying down the tiles at the station.

Pour être honnête, il ne faisait pas très chaud et un vent frais venait du lac.
J'en profite pour vous dire que notre brouette suicidaire va bien et n'a pas réitéré son geste malheureux... Elle a vaillamment repris du service grâce, certainement, à nos bons soins... ;-)
   To be honest, it was not warm and a fresh wind came from the lake.
I take the opportunity to say that our suicidal barrow did not reiterate its sad attempt... It bravely resumed work, certainly thanks to our good care... ;-)

L'après midi, la pose continue avec nos deux pros.
   The afternoon, work continues with the pros.

A la fin du chantier , voila un aperçu du devant de la gare maintenant.
   At the end of the day, here is a preview of the station hall now.

Cela a bien avancé. Il restera les cotés à poser mais là, il y aura beaucoup de découpe à faire.

   It all went well. Sides remain to be fitted, but they will require a lot of cutting.
