Pour le Week-end de 3 jours du 11 novembre, il y a eu jusqu'à 25 personnes sur le site pour ce qu'il faudrait en fait appeler plusieurs chantiers complémentaires car il y avait du travail à différents endroits du réseau: la rampe entre le signal d'avertissement et la grue à eau, les tas de terre derrière le dépôt et la rotonde, le quai de la gare, le bord du lac entre la gare et le dépôt.
Pour la rampe, il s'agissait de renforcer le talus qui présentait quelques signes de faiblesse par manque de largeur. La première étape a donc été de dégager l'emprise des obstacles, arbres et branches, évacués pendant que l'ancienne voie était encore en place.
It might seem redundant to say large work when talking about track, but apart from the line prolongation, we have here a large amount of work compared to the usual sleepers replacement here and then.
For the 3 day november 11th week-end, there were up to 25 peoples onsite for what should be said as different complementary works because there were jobs to do in different places of the railway: the ramp between the warning signal and the water crane, the piles of soil between the depot and the roundhouse, the station platform, and the track along the lake between the station and the depot.
For the ramp, the matter was to reinforce the ground which weakened being too narrow. The first step was then to clear the area from trees, evacuated while the former track was still in place.

The track was then removed entirely on this section and the bank side has been scraped off with the hydraulic excavator to prepare it to receive a soil complement for reprofiling.

This soil, completed with some rocks, was brought there by farming tractors, laid down by the excavator and then set with a vibrating compactor in 40 cm layers.

Part of the bank side was just compacted by the excavator, the rest entirely reprofiled.
